All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All orders must be prepaid. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our respective policies available on the website. Customers are advised to review these policies before placing an order.

6. Third Party Shipping Liability

We partner with third-party logistics providers to deliver your orders.
While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience, delays, damages, or losses caused during transit are subject to the policies and performance of these logistics partners.
In case of lost shipments, we will assist you in raising a claim with the logistics partner. Resolutions such as refunds or replacements will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Hump & Horns shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics disruptions, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
