Returns & Replacements

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Misprinted or defective item
  • Incorrect product delivered

How to Raise a Request

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Kindly share:

  • Order number and the reason for the return
  • Clear images of the product
  • An unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Images of the original packaging

This helps us review and process your request efficiently.

Timelines to Initiate Request

  • Requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund
  • Claims without sufficient proof may not qualify for approval
  • Replacement requests are subject to verification and quality checks

Size & Preference-Based Returns

As all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences

If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order with the correct size. Our team is happy to assist you with sizing guidance before you order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Approved defect or damage claims
  • Orders lost in transit

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.

Eligibility for replacement or refund

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be returned in its original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags

We reserve the right to reject any request if the product shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or is returned without original packaging.
