Returns & Replacements
We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Misprinted or defective item
- Incorrect product delivered
How to Raise a Request
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Kindly share:
- Order number and the reason for the return
- Clear images of the product
- An unboxing video (mandatory)
- Images of the original packaging
This helps us review and process your request efficiently.
Timelines to Initiate Request
- Requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund
- Claims without sufficient proof may not qualify for approval
- Replacement requests are subject to verification and quality checks
Size & Preference-Based Returns
As all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order with the correct size. Our team is happy to assist you with sizing guidance before you order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Approved defect or damage claims
- Orders lost in transit
Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.
Eligibility for replacement or refund
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be returned in its original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
We reserve the right to reject any request if the product shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or is returned without original packaging.
